Lets Study Japanese

JICE Inc is calling the people from different countries who wish to syudy Japanese.
Lots of people are studying Japanese language at the Japan Instutute of Culture and Economics by Gores academy.

Those People, who wish to study at Japan institute of Culture and Economics by Gores academy.

There are some things you need to do before studying in Japan.
That is you need to get a VISA from Japan , that means you are elligible to study in Japan.
All of you will ask to japan for you wish to be a international student in japan.
When Japan accepts it, you need to send a lot of documents/papers to Japan.
It’s very hard/difficult to do ownself, so JICE Inc. will take care about it. That is the work of JICE Inc.

Visa

If you wish to study more than 1 year then you need to take a student visa.
If you wish to study less than 6month then you need to take a torist visa or working holidays visa.

Student visa

It will take 6 month to get student visa
because it takes the time to submit the documents .
It will take the time to check either the submitted documents are correct or not.

Another Visa

You can study at Gores academy even you don’t have student visa.
You can study 3month course with tourist visa.
People who live in Japan can also study at Gores Academy with “Settlement Visa”, “Family Stay Visa”, “Spouse Visa”,
“Working Holiday Visa” and “Short Stay Visa”.

Send the documents to school which you submit to the japan
(About 4-6 months before entering school)

Application form for admission
Submit the student visa application form.
It depends on the nationality.
Please ask what are the necessary.
Local agency at your country or Gores academy will inform you.

Submit the necessary documents for study abroad to Japan.
(3-4Month before entering school)

Gores academy will submit the necessary documents.
If Japan issues a “Certificate of Eligibility”, you can study abroad in Japan.
You will get the VISA 2-3 months before you go to school.

You need to pay the tuition fee when you enter to the school.

・Those people who have got a Certificate of Eligibility from Japan,
please deposit the tuition fee to the bank account.

・Please deposit your school’s tuition fee in the school’s bank account until 2 weeks before you enter the school.

We will send the Certificate of Elligibility.

After confirming the amount at the school’s bank account, we will send the Certificate of Elligibility and other
necessary documents which are required at the time of visa application.

Request at the time of getting visa

Please submit the Certificate of Elligibility and other necessary documents to the embassy or consular office.
You need to do yourself.

Enter the school

・After getting visa , plese inform the flight number and arrival time to the school.
